Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement for eligible products in the following cases:
- Wrong product received.
- Product received in damaged condition.
- Manufacturing defect (where applicable).
- Product not functioning upon first use (Dead on Arrival).
Replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team.
Replacement Request Time
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement.
Please include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Unboxing video (strongly recommended)
An unboxing video helps us process replacement requests faster in case of transit damage or missing items.
Products Not Eligible
Replacement or return will not be accepted for:
- Physical damage after delivery
- Water or liquid damage
- Accidental damage
- Improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by third-party repair
- Change of mind after purchase (unless specifically stated)
Warranty Products
Products covered under warranty will be handled according to the individual product warranty terms.
Warranty claims may require inspection before approval.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only if a replacement cannot be arranged or in situations approved by RCK STORE.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
